Robert J. Daniel is the Managing Partner of the Law Offices of Robert Daniel, LLC and currently serves as the chief trial attorney for Townsend & Lockett’s criminal defense and trial practice departments. While Robert focuses his practice on the defense of drug cases, violent crimes, driving under the influence and other felonies, a significant portion of his practice involves civil litigation, contract and business disputes and foreclosure prevention. Robert also has significant experience in handling a wide range of misdemeanors, local violations and protection orders.

Robert has served on the Executive Board of the Gate City Bar Association, serves as a Georgia High School Mock Trial Attorney Coach and has mentored and continues to mentor young males in a variety of life, athletic, and academic skills training that has led to over 20 academic and athletic scholarships being obtained.
