For over 12 years, Ashley has helped clients navigate complex real estate transactions by identifying practical solutions, structuring deals efficiently, and coordinating with business teams and third-party stakeholders. She regularly counsels clients on corporate structuring issues and the legal and logistical considerations that can affect deal execution.
Ashley’s practice includes negotiating complex purchase and sale agreements, construction loan documents, management agreements, development agreements, licenses, commercial leases, ground leases, easements, and letters of intent. She also has experience with public financing, equity funding, including tax credit transactions, franchise borrowing, government-guaranteed lending, redevelopment projects, and properties with environmental or hazardous materials issues.
